Trade it is the sorriest excuse for a pawn shop. They lowball you with everything. Tried to offer me $19 for a $600 laptop. And last year they lowballed the crap out of me with $60 for my $1500 Rigid pipe cutter. In my opinion the store and owner are the sorriest excuse for humanity and business.

I love this place, they have so many cool things. Last time I was in there I was purchasing some video games and one of the staff members, Marcell, who was stocking the shelves with more games was very kind as he asked if there was any particular games I was looking for. We engaged in friendly conversation about games and actually have become good friends now! The staff member who checked me out at the register, Evan, was also very kind and helpful. He let me look at the back of all the disks for scratches before I purchased them and gave me some tips for thrifty shopping. The staff is so friendly here you feel like going to a family members house instead of it feeling like a store. Thanks guys!

Would not recommend to come here. Customer service is horrible i was waiting by there glass shelfs for help for around 15-20 minutes until i had to ask for help then they helped. If you coming to purchase any electronics device DO NOT COME. They sell cameras without thoroughly checking them , came today to buy a go pro and once i took to the car to turn it on it did not turn on, i go back to return it and the employees looked pissed. They got the manager and she didnt help with the return instead she was on her phone watching videos laughing. Wait time is outrageous.
